We ship worldwide. Many of our items are handmade or made to order, so please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order. By ordering from Jellyaora, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A. Shipping Regions
We ship globally to customers in the US, Australia, Singapore, Europe, Southeast Asia, and more.
B. Processing Time
- In-stock items: Processing time is 5–7 business days.
- Pre-order / made-to-order items: Processing time varies from 15–90 days depending on the item. Please check each product page for specific timelines.
Important:
- Once production has started or your order has been shipped, cancellations are strictly not allowed.
- All orders are carefully monitored within their stated processing and pre-order timelines.
Submitting a PayPal or payment dispute before this timeline has passed will not speed up your order and may cause unnecessary delays. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer care team directly at support@jellyaora.com
C. Delivery Time Estimate
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Our logistics partners process shipments only on business days. Orders placed after Friday evening will be processed on the next business day.

- Southeast Asia Delivery: Estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Standard International Delivery: Estimated 7–16 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and courier performance in your country.

- Deliveries are made Monday–Friday only. Weekend and holiday deliveries are not available.
- Delays may occur due to customs inspections or courier network issues. These are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

D. Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of international shipping partners. Our system automatically selects the most efficient courier for your destination, including DHL, EMS, and local courier networks.
E. Shipping Fees
- Rates are calculated based on your package’s weight/volume and destination.
- We do not profit from shipping fees. Rates are based on real-time logistics partner pricing.
- Free shipping on orders over $80; a $6.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $80.
F. Taxes & Duties
We cover all import taxes, duties, and other charges in the destination country for all international orders. Customers do not need to bear any customs duties.
G. Returns & Refunds
Our products are all handmade, limited edition, or custom-made. Therefore, we only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days for defective items.
Refunds are only possible in the rare case that your order is confirmed as permanently lost by the courier and never delivered. Courier delays, customs inspections, or unpaid tax refusals do not qualify for refunds.
We closely monitor every shipment and will always support you in resolving courier or customs issues. H. Responsibility Disclaimer
Jellyaora is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs or courier networks.
- Packages returned or destroyed due to the customer providing an incorrect address, refusing delivery, or failing to pay required import fees.
